Dr. Mitchell is a 2018 graduate of Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine, where she focused on food animal medicine, with an emphasis on dairy cattle production.
Mitchell Veterinary Service was founded by Michelle L. Mitchell, DVM in April of 2022 to provide unique veterinary care and support services to the local farming and rural community. The goal of the practice is rooted in providing quality veterinary service to animals in an environment where the client patient relationship can flourish. Creating long lasting relationships providing veterinary care to animals is the philosophy of the practice.
We Welcome New Clients
We are always happy to take on new clients, and our flexible scheduling means that we can usually make it out to you and your pet within 24-48 hours. We emphasize to our clients that if you have a pet emergency, we will typically refer you to a veterinary hospital where they can provide the immediate care those situations require.
